Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Limnatel website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

Services

Limnatel provides custom software development, consulting, and related digital services as described in individual project proposals and statements of work. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in the signed agreement between Limnatel and the client.

Payment

Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal or contract. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within fifteen (15) days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5 percent per month. Limnatel reserves the right to pause work on any project with overdue balances.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of all custom code and deliverables produced under the engagement, unless otherwise specified in the contract. Limnatel retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and non-proprietary components developed during the project. Pre-existing intellectual property of either party remains with its original owner.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limnatel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Limnatel will provide all deliverables produced to that point.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
